Bredbandskollen does not currently offer a graphic or web-based measurement tool for Linux. You can still measure your internet

speed with the help of our command line tool bbk_cli.


Please note, however, that this tool is under development and that there may be errors in the code; please do treat this as beta software and report any bugs you encounter to support@bredbandskollen.se.


Installation


For RPM-based PC Linux distributions, please download


   http://beta1.bredbandskollen.se/download/bbk-cli-0.3.8-1.x86_64.rpm


and install it like so:


   sudo rpm -i bbk-cli-0.3.8-1.x86_64.rpm


For DEB-based PC Linux distributions, please download


   http://beta1.bredbandskollen.se/download/bbk-cli-0.3.8_amd64.deb


and install it like so:


   sudo dpkg -i bbk-cli_0.3.8_amd64.deb


For DEB-based Linux distributions for Raspberry Pi 2 or later, please download


   http://beta1.bredbandskollen.se/download/bbk-cli-0.3.8_armhf.deb


and install it like so:


   sudo dpkg -i bbk-cli_0.3.8_armhf.deb


Messure


To measure, issue the command


   bbk_cli

   

To measure over IPv6, add the v6 switch


   bbk_cli --v6
